Our advice to you is don't join! We shelled out almost $6000 over a year ago and have never used it because we've always found better deals elsewhere. There are plenty of complaints of DirectBuy being a high-pressure scam with poor customer service and unfortunately we are victims. We're trying to get our money back for the membership through our credit card company and there's also a federal class action lawsuit that's been filed. Their ads sound convincing but don't buy into their schemes. We thought DirectBuy was going to save us huge amounts of money as we are doing a total home remodel and redecorating.
